How your information is handled
Who we are. Routerator is run by Black Health Intelligence Pty Ltd, Australia.
What we keep. Your email address, the notes you type or speak into Routerator, and a record of what happened to each note (a receipt). The record of actions holds no note words, only what happened and when.
Where. Everything is stored in Sydney. Your notes are locked (encrypted) before they are stored, with a key only Routerator's server holds.
Patient details. Routerator is not for clinical work. If a note looks like it has patient details (such as a Medicare number or date of birth), it is held and never sent anywhere.
What leaves Australia. Nothing you write. Sign-in codes are emailed by our database provider. If you switch on phone alerts, Apple or Google deliver an empty wake-up to your phone, and your phone then fetches the alert from Routerator. Routerator's decision helper (TypeSafe, United States) is only sent made-up test sentences at this stage.
Your choices. You can see every note and receipt, download your notes, and remove notes (they wait 30 days in a recycle bin, then are permanently removed and the removal is recorded).
Speaking a note. If you use the microphone button, your phone or browser turns speech into text. Apple or Google may process the sound to do this. Your keyboard's own microphone works too.
Age. Routerator is for people aged 18 and over.
