Type or speak a note from your phone or computer. Every note is saved straight away, with a receipt showing what happened to it. A “What's on” page shows every safety check, with a green, amber or red light, and alerts your phone if one stops.

• Your notes are stored in Sydney, locked so only you can read them.
• Anything that looks like patient details is held here and never sent anywhere.
• Nothing is sent, posted, paid or deleted for you. Removed notes wait 30 days in a recycle bin.
